Portrait related product reorganization

Hello. Thank you for using the Sugar Cat & Candy Doggie Shopping Mall.

As the number of products increases exponentially due to the increasing number of portrait works and the release of new items, there will be a reorganization of portrait related products for more efficient shopping mall operation and product management as the server overload and the limit of the number of shopping mall products are reached.

Products related to portraits are changed so that they can be ordered at any time in the [Custom Portrait]> [Custom Products] category.

Only the following products will be exposed in individual product categories.

■ Shopping mall exposed products*

 -Portrait related products within the last 2 years and new artworks.

 -Products in stock, planned products and open market registered products.

 -Special exhibition, discount exhibition, MD PICK, product in advertisement.

 -Goods of Original characters, Major lineups and Licensing characters.

■ All portrait related products are purchased in separate categories : [Custom Portrait]> [Custom Products] >  when ordering products, write 'Pet Name'

■ Product reorganization schedule: January 4, 2021 (Mon) ~ (frequent work)

*The above standards are subject to change depending on our circumstances.

Currently, the number of products exceeds 30,000, and complaints from the shopping mall hosting companies are inevitable, so we ask for your generosity and understanding.

In the future, the number of products in the shopping mall will be around 20,000, and for this purpose, product deletion and reorganization will proceed simultaneously.

We will do our best to provide more stable service.
